Job Title: Data Quality and Data Architecture Business Analyst Location: Iselin, NJ Duration; Long Term Job description: As a Data Quality and Data Architecture Business Analyst within the Legal, Risk and Compliance Technology Team, your primary responsibility is to align data quality and architecture initiatives with the Architecture and Chief Data Officer (CDO) team's overarching strategies. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that data within compliance technology adheres to quality standards, aligns with regulatory requirements, and integrates seamlessly with the broader data architecture framework. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance Data Quality Oversight: - Collaborate with the Compliance Technology Team to establish and enforce data quality standards specific to compliance data. - Conduct regular assessments to ensure data quality aligns with regulatory compliance requirements. 2. Alignment with CDO Strategies: - Work closely with the CDO team to integrate compliance-related data quality considerations into the organization's overarching data architecture strategy. - Provide insights into how compliance data fits into the broader data architecture framework. 3. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Engage with compliance officers, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand compliance data requirements and challenges. - Serve as a liaison between the Compliance Technology Team and the CDO team to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives. 4. Data Architecture Integration: - Contribute to the development and enhancement of data architecture that supports compliance data management. - Identify opportunities to optimize data architecture to meet compliance and data quality objectives. 5. Regulatory Compliance Support: - Stay abreast of regulatory changes affecting compliance data and ensure that data quality and architecture practices remain compliant. - Assist in implementing data governance practices that specifically address compliance requirements. 6. Documentation and Reporting: - Maintain comprehensive documentation related to compliance data quality rules, architecture decisions, and governance processes. - Generate regular reports on compliance data quality metrics and key performance indicators.
