Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus. Experience managing complex projects at state or federal government agencies Experience with creating Texas Project Delivery Framework deliverables and managing projects using this framework strongly preferred. Knowledge and experience with Texas DSHS, especially with DSHS data and reporting systems including the SHARP Platform.
