The client wants someone who has actually led teams of Data Analysts in their history, not just someone with a title of lead. Client is not looking for folks outside of the Data Analyst realm for this one no Data Engineers or folks of other titles. Make sure were getting folks who are Data Analysts, and that their resumes reflect as such. Send me your 1-2 best profiles for this position.
