What You'll Do: Work with the team to provide a broad range of implementation and integration tasks including requirements analysis, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. Interaction with leadership to define project goals, execute against plan and manage issues and risks. What You Bring: BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Professional experience with PAM for Investments including the following: Software implementation (Requirements Analysis, Business Process Design, Configuration, Testing) Software integration Training Software support Possesses superior client relationship skills Exceptional written and verbal communications skills Self-starter, quick learner, and team player Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience with PRISM investment accounting system or SS&C is a plus And so you know, these are the questions i am going over with them: How long did they work with PAM Was the experience with on premise PAM or ePAM What type of on-line experience with PAM A few probing questions should get at this one. SMF (security master) setup Transaction processing Portfolio setup, bank setup, accounting setup or other system configuration Setting up and running reports Any experience with converting data to PAM Do they have experience working with the core PAM tables via SQL to extract data If so ask them to given you examples of a couple tables they have worked with. Do they have experience loading data to PAM via legacy messaging or JSON If a candidate does not have PAM experience, we would look for related investment accounting system experience. We currently use Investran for our alternative investment so if there is a BA with that experience we would consider that given we need to get data out of Investran to convert to PAM. I would also suggest probing on the investment experience (stocks, bonds and what types of bonds, derivatives, etc.). If someone also has alternative investment experience, that would be a bonus too.
