Also, on the rate, we are open to going higher for the right candidate ROLE: Oracle Service Delivery Manager in LOCATION: Pittsburgh, PA. 100% onsite Rate: 55/hr need card or only Duration: 2 YEARS Skills (ADVANCED/EXPERT): EBS 11i, R12, ASCP, Demantra, Active Data Guard , Systrm administration unix , storage , networking Questions (must answer YES to all): Experience in Oracle Database and Application infrastructure Experience in System Administration UNIX,Networking , Storage and Backup Strong communication and Intrapersonal skills Description: Assist in managing the Oracle Tech ULA aligned to processor counts Coordinate and author Disaster Recovery documentation and later DR testing Coordinate patching and other environment maintenance of both Oracle software and Server OS and hardware. Determine impact of non-Oracle infrastructure maintenance on Oracle systems and applications. Working knowledge of Oracle software and system architecture (including EBS 11i, R12, ASCP, Demantra, Active Data Guard) deployed in a way that supports a 24/7 manufacturing business model worldwide. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and concepts Working knowledge of supporting infrastructure technology such as Red Hat/Oracle Linux, Storage, Backup and Recovery (RMAN, Filesystem), Load Balancing, DNS, Firewalls, FTP, SSL Certificates, Telnet/SSH, Java in Edge/IE Deliverables:-Process Flows -Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members -Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility -Participate in data conversion and data maintenance -Provide best practice and industry specific solutions -Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions -Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed. -Participate as a team member of the functional team -Perform other duties as assigned.
