Title: ServiceNOW Developer/Administrator Location: Atlanta, GA-90% time remote need to go office for meeting Duration: 6 month+ Visa: No H1B/OPT MOI: Skype Linkedin Education/Experience 5+ years of ServiceNow Development, Design, or Implementation experience 3+ years of experience administering ITSM Systems including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management along with CMDB. Required: ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and Strategic Portfolio Management experience Strong knowledge of MS products Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, SharePoint Preferred: 3+ years working for a manufacturing organization Large project expertise: $1M+, 6mo+, cross functional team ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Work Requirements Travel: 15% (or more as required by business and project needs) Remote/Work from Home: 80% (or more), In office presence will be required at times.
