Technical Project Management Working knowledge of Service Now as a tool and good reporting skills Strong reporting skills in Service Now and Xls Strong Communication Skills Good to Have Patch management skills and Change management knowledge Day to Day Activities: Manage change record review on behalf of the product change review board; Document, guide, training, and mentor product teams on the change process; Facilitate product change review board meeting and representation at enterprise meetings; Manage product change metrics and follow up with enterprise change enablement and product teams on change related issues; Gather requirements and manage data for patching and vulnerability remediation. Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
