Experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining value sets, fast formulas Experience of HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation (Nice to Have) Experience in Journeys, Alerts Experience of Creating Groovy script Experience of HCM Help Desk Experience of HCM REST API, ATOM API 2. Experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis. Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows, HCM Experience design studio, Page Composer, Application Composer Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology. Familiar with HCM ADP connector will be added advantages Nice to Have Knowledge of ORC, Talent, Compensation will advantage Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems will be advantages 3. Job Title : RoPA Employment Type : Contract Location : Phoenix, AZ or NYC( we are ok for Remote option only states which are nearby to AZ mostly 3- 4 hours of drive) Rate : $45-50/hour on C2C Job Description: MUST HAVE : Understanding on RoPA Ability to architect the process/framework for Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) and data controllership - Understand the existing data governance tech stack (e.g. Collibra, Manta, PKWare/Dataguise) to determine overlaps, gaps in a RoPA solution - Help build and implement the processing activity leveraging the tech stack, using custom code - Java, knowledge of data governance, and big data technology (Hadoop, Hive, Spark).
