| Salesforce Lead USA- Remote Job description: The successful candidate would have a background in the regulated GxP processes of Healthcare, life sciences, and Salesforce Service Cloud. As a techno-functional architect, the candidate is extensively experienced in Salesforce products and will be involved in working with the project delivery team, other vendors, business stakeholders, and client IT team members. Utilize at least 6 years of overall experience in Salesforce, explicitly focusing on Service Cloud for at least 4 years. Act in a dual capacity as a business and technical (service cloud) architect, bringing a versatile skill set to the role. To understand the full extent of the solution, integration components, and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture. Engage in client-facing responsibilities, requiring effective communication and coordination skills to develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges. Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive critical decisions that improve processes and productivity. Development of custom solutions and integrations. Understanding of the regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) Quality and validation support processes Ensure seamless integration of Service Cloud with other Salesforce modules. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment. Interact with subject matter experts to oversee delivery processes and requirements.
