Job Description: Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive WiFi network plans to meet organizational requirements. Design scalable and efficient wireless network architectures based on industry best practices. Lead the deployment of WiFi networks, ensuring proper installation and configuration of access points, controllers, and related equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WiFi solutions into existing infrastructure seamlessly. Monitor and analyze WiFi network performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly. Implement optimization strategies to enhance network reliability, speed, and coverage. Implement and maintain robust security protocols for WiFi networks. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure the integrity of the wireless infrastructure. Lead a team of WiFi professionals, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive continuous improvement. Evaluate and select vendors for WiFi equipment and services. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to stay updated on the latest technologies and solutions. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for WiFi network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guidelines. Ensure that documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale WiFi networks. Strong knowledge of WiFi standards, protocols, and emerging technologies. Experience with network monitoring and management tools. Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices. Leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
