Client - BCBSA (Share Profiles which is not Yet Submitted to this Client) Min 10 Years of Experience Must have LinkedIn Must Have Relevant Certifications Not accepting OPT/CPT or H1 Transfer Profile at this Moment ONLY LOCAL PROFILES ACCEPTED Data Warehouse Project Manager Start Date: 3/4/2024 Work Location: **THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO THE OFFICE. OPEN ONLY TO CANDIDATES LOCAL TO DC OR CHICAGO** Job Description: Has day-to-day responsibilities for the work and deliverables. Ensures work products meet specifications. Provides regular updates as to progress, budget, and ability to meet commitments. We require the PM to be well versed and experienced with the SAFe Agile process and we need the resource to be certified with SAFe Scrum Master. The resource should have minimum 3 years of experience in handling multiple cross functional TEAMS in the SAFe Agile Release Train in the Scrum Master Role. The resource must be able to work with the product and project team, develop and baseline the EPIC, FEATURE and USER STORIES. The resource should be able to drive the User Stories Back-log and story grooming process for the PI Planning independently working with business and EIT TEAMS, consistently and timely. The resource should have adequate knowledge and experience in managing all the SAFe PI ceremonies and processes. We expect the resource to manage multiple scrum existing scrum teams. The resource should have experience in managing IT projects in Data warehouse and Informatics areas. The resource should be able to multi-task and drive the TEAM technically too. We don't expect the resource to code, test, but should be able to influence the team in the right direction. Deliverable: Groomed BackLog, User Stories, Project Schedule, Updated Kanab Board, RAID Log, RACI, TEAM Deliverables as per SAFe process.
