He will train them up on that aspect of things.They are moving lightning fast on the Kafka role as we already have aninterview this afternoon going off. I am including a code challenge that theywill need every candidate to prepare and be ready to discuss the who what wherewhy in the interview and defend their answer to the challenge. This role MUSTbe part of the Hybrid program in Boston, NY, JC and be willing to come onsitefor 3 days a month. There will be 1 2hr panel interview with the team. Thisdefinitely changes the game with this BU as we are positioned to completelyside step FTS and we have very solid rates! Code challenge tocomplete: prior to interview for discussion. When screening candidates use thisa point of your discussion and screening. Ask them if this is something theywould be able to do and see what they say. This is a tough challenge and willtell us a lot about each candidate. Senior Software Engineer FCAT(Green Meadows) This role is critical to executing andbuilding out the important trading sub-system functionality. TheExpertiseWereLooking For Expert experience developing software in C Experience with electronic trading platforms in a Linux environment Knowledge and/or experience with Q/KX Kdb Knowledge and/or experience with the FIX protocol is a huge plus Any experience with Order Management Systems (OMS) also a huge plus |
