Job responsibilities: Provide leadership and guidance to the Deployment & Certificate team. Conduct detailed Deployement & Certificate renewal review and analysis. Manage the Business Readiness Confirmation process. Provide reporting and metrics as requested. Attend scheduled meetings (team, incident, department, etc.). Utilize ServiceNow to maintain and process work. Support and validate tool upgrades and enhancements (ServiceNow, AutoDeploy). Actively investigate, propose, and implement continuous process improvements.
