Used third-party application to import the ADDM data into CMDB classes and relationship classes. Use JDBC Data source to import data into CMDB classes and relationship classes from External Data Sources. Use third-party application datasets in CMDB and reconciliation to identify compare and merge datasets from external data sources into CMDB. Identify bugs and facilitates fixes. ServiceNow Reporting/Dashboards: Design and customized reports in ServiceNow. Create Custom Dashboards, by utilizing Angular JS, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Iframes and Dynamic Content for CMDB. Create New Dashboards by using Performance Analytics. Follow agile methodology, responsible for creating Epics, User stories and tasks. Work with the team to Evaluate and initiate the high-level design requirements of the Project and communicate with team members. Implement complex technical integrations between ServiceNow and other Enterprise Applications using various technologies including Web Services, SOAP, REST API, Perl API, Database views, import set, and transform scripts Designed Service Portal pages as per business requirements. Create Models and fixed Normalization issues for discovery-related issues. Move all the Foundation Data and related configurations from on-premises to Cloud. Improve system capabilities to automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap. Extensive implementations of ServiceNow process for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change-Management, Service Catalog and Configuration management. Customize and create workflows for changes, Knowledge Management and for Service Catalog items. Build various UI macros, client scripts, and business rules, script includes, UI scripts to manage various requirements under Incident & Change modules and Service Catalog items. Prepare an Implement a Plan for every release in ServiceNow and provide a Walkthrough to the entire team to execute the steps. Create Service Level Agreements (SLA) definitions and Workflows for Incident and Catalog Tasks Escalations. Create a remote file import application to import files from the MID server. Integrate Service Center (Legacy ITSM Tool) with ServiceNow. Integrate ServiceNow with Net Cool/Tivoli Integrate Splunk with ServiceNow. Integrate third-party cloud application to ServiceNow. Integrate third-party applications to CMDB (Business Application and Applications). Remote File Import Self-Service Portal & Catalogs: Create new service catalog items for Order Things and Workplace Utilities. Create new Headers, Lists, Style Sheets and Pages as per the requirements (Content Management). Create Catalog UI Policies and Catalog Client Scripts as per the requirements. Create Record Producers and Dashboards for the CSM portal. Upgrade and Migration experience: ServiceNow Migration from On-Premises to Cloud.
