Required These should have included technical tasks, such as: setting up new spaces, relocation, vendor management, core infrastructure, any new construction Required Working with general contractor in designing and building a new campus, troubleshooting and resolving issues, etc. Required Current PMP certification Required Experience working with or in a general contractor role. Required Experience working with a general contractor and 3rd party vendors Required Work with Agency project managers to facilitate the development of project scope definitions. Create project level risk and issue management plans. The candidate will coordinate and produce project level resource reports. Create and maintain a business plan and return on investment data for projects. Create project presentations and progress reports on a weekly/monthly basis. Organize, manage and direct project team tasks and assure the proper application of PMO standards, tools and methodologies in project work. Develop the project plan. Supervise and manage the Stakeholders, the project team and project communications. Manage risks, issues and changes. Oversee and manage the project schedule and project budget. Manage conflicts and ensure successful delivery. Design, organize, and improve ticket triaging and support processes, including reporting.
