Job Summary: ( Contract) Location: Hartford, CT Role: - Onbase Developer Client is TCS Technical/Functional Skills Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily processing and collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues promptly. Handle Service Desk tickets, providing basic troubleshooting and escalation. Collaborate with various teams, including Windows infrastructure, Data Center, DBA, Load Balancer, LAN, WAN, and SAN teams, to ensure a stable environment. Quality check infrastructure changes, including Image and Policy updates. Provide support for scanner installations, covering multiple brands, during regular business hours (8 am - 5 pm, M-F). Technical Skills: Proficient in Application Integration Architecture. Prior experience with Onbase Applications, Modules, and Concepts: Unity Client Thick Client Web/Thin Client Config Client App Server Mailbox Importer Report Services DIP Keyword Update Workflow Unity Forms Office Integration Implementation and support of Disk Groups, Document Types, Document Type groups, Keywords, Keyword Type Groups, and Auto-Fill Keyword Sets (Internal and External). Experience in Windows Server environments, Active Directory, IIS, and Cisco NetScaler Load Balancing. SQL Server experience with reporting tools and databases (MSSQL and Oracle). OCSA/OCWA certification preferred for providing support to currently deployed OnBase solutions.
