In this position, you will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and customization to meet our unique needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Business partners, Product Managers, and system integrators, to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud will be crucial in tailoring solutions that align with our HR needs and contribute to their overall business success. Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: Lead technical teams in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines in collaboration with Project Managers and stakeholders. Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful and on-time delivery. 2. Oracle HCM Cloud Configuration and Enhancement: Configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Compensation, Onboarding and Recruiting, to meet clients' specific requirements. Develop and implement integrations with other systems, third-party applications, and vendors to ensure seamless data flow. Draft and review architectural diagrams, interface specifications, class structures and other design documents. 3. Technical Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify technical issues or roadblocks during implementation and propose effective solutions. Collaborate with the support team to address and resolve technical challenges encountered post-implementation. 4. System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features, updates, and releases. Collaborate with product teams to evaluate the feasibility and impact of new features and enhancements. Develop, test, and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. 5+ years of successful and applicable experience taking a lead role in building complex software and automation systems that has been successfully delivered to customers. In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, configurations, and best practices. Strong expertise in data migration and integration with Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
