Exp with Microsoft Dynamic Navision is a must!! Level 1,2 & 3 Technical Support, LAN/WAN Exp supporting On-Prem Infrastructure & ERP Systems Virtualization, Reporting tools & SQL Server exp Details: The IT Systems Administrator plays a critical role managing, maintaining, and supporting core IT infrastructure, business systems, and software applications. This hands-on position requires expertise across multiple technologies and systems. Continuously monitor and maintain infrastructure efficiency and availability Plan and test disaster recovery, data backups, and information security with the support of the IT Manager Administer servers, virtualization, reporting tools, databases, and other critical applications. Windows Servers Optimize network performance across LAN/WAN and troubleshoot connectivity issues. Operate as a functional consultant between business and Dynamics NAVision partner. Experience with Lanham E-Ship, Warehousing, EDI, and AFP a plus Willingness to do any IT related function including physical labor setting up new hardware. Support on-premise ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics Navision), providing Level 1-2 support, ensuring order integrity, and assisting with customer service issues. Provide help desk support for end users. Manage ticketing system (Assyst), provide troubleshooting, answer how-to questions, and resolve other issues. Perform system maintenance, upgrades, backups, and monitoring. Run vulnerability scans and remediate issues. Support on-premise infrastructure including networks, servers, workstations, mobile devices, printers, AV systems, and other hardware. Manage facility infrastructure and IoT devices including access control, cameras, HVAC, and more. Document policies, procedures, systems, and configurations.
