In this position, you will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration, configuration, and customization to meet our unique needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Business partners, Product Managers, and system integrators, to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud will be crucial in tailoring solutions that align with our HR needs and contribute to their overall business success. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science or in a STEM major. Proven experience of 5+ years as a Technical Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects. 5+ years of successful and applicable experience taking a lead role in building complex software and automation systems that have been successfully delivered to customers. In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, configurations, and best practices. Strong expertise in data migration and integration with Oracle HCM Cloud. Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables. Familiarity with software development methodologies, Agile principles, and DevOps practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
