Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable full-stack .NET applications. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements. Architect and implement solutions that meet project goals and align with best practices. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products. Perform code reviews and maintain code quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in the .NET ecosystem. Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap. Requirements: Proven experience of 10+ years in full-stack .NET development. Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core. Front-end development skills with expertise in modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular). Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding development teams. Familiarity with database systems (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
