Designing technical solutions and configuration, implementation, and customization of the application either directly or by coordinating development and contractor resources as needed. Supporting the adoption, development, and usage of NetSuite. Maintaining a high level of awareness of and enthusiasm for applications well as new features and updates as they are launched. Serving as the main point of contact for issue resolution for Production level issues. Responsible for tackling and coordinating resources needed for resolution. Responsible for managing the change and release process of NetSuite. Supporting all SOX-related controls and reporting as it relates to the NetSuite application. Responsible for NetSuite data management which includes security, governance, and maintenance. Working closely with internal groups in the planning and analysis of business systems requirements, system changes, or enhancements. Defines business processes as they relate to system enhancements. What you will need to be successful (Skills, Knowledge, & Experience) Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. 8+ years of software development experience. 4+ years of NetSuite development experience in Suitescript 2.0 & 1.0. NetSuite Certification preferred. Experience working with non-technical end users. Integration experience with NetSuite, SalesForce, and Dell Boomi preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Product, and IT teams.
