Conducts research to identify tools, automation frameworks and methodologies Collaborating cross functionally with Test Architects and Test Leads to proactively analyze current processes and practices and defining improvements of test strategy, and test coverage The candidate must have strong exposure to Web Service protocols (REST/SOAP), Message Queues, expertise in Google cloud services, and in relational database and writing performant and complex SQL Experience with Java Test Automation framework using Cucumber for test scriptingStrong experience in API test automation (Java RestAssured/ SOAP UI, etc.) Strong experience in automating Web applications (Java/Selenium/Cucumber, etc.)Strong experience in testing Web Services (REST/SOAP/XML/JSON/Postman/Swagger, etc.)Experience in Automated and Manual Testing, Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Test Driven Development (TDD), Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Junit, TestNG, Selenium Grid, REST API Create a structured test methodology for integrated solutions testing using customer use cases Performs the role of a specialist by reviewing work products/ E2E workflow solution Providing guidance on the selection of the most effective test design techniques in each situation Partner with project stakeholders for day-to-day planning, brainstorming and execution and bring best practices and innovation to our clients Have strong, well developed influencing skills, logical reasoning appropriate for a complex technical platform Essential Skills: Postman and SoapUI Experience with data persistence in general (Hibernate, SQL) Familiarity with Java libraries/frameworks (CXF, JAXB, Spring) API/webservices testing using HttpClient/RestAssured Build tools like Ant/Maven and CICD tools like Jenkins Jira Implementation knowledge of GKE Containers, GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Argo workflows, deployment of framework in GCP workspace.
