Microsoft certification is not required but nice to have Full job description: Brief Project Description The position is a Certified Microsoft .Net Web Developer III needed for the development, maintenance and support of critical priority applications in the Administrative Services Division, Worker's Compensation Division and Equal Rights Division. Candidates will play an integral role on self directed work teams in support of high priority development projects. Project work will include application architecture design and development, integration with 3 rd party software, data conversion, new development and modifications to existing code. Successful candidates will have demonstrated success in designing, creating, and maintaining web services, system integration, web development, and Agile Scrum development methodology. Preference will be given to qualified candidates with familiarity of State of Wisconsin application systems, procedures, and development standards and agile scrum development methodology. The contractor will be required to be available online, be present to meet all workload requirements, and must be available to attend all scheduled meetings during DWD standard working hours of 7:45 am 4:30 pm Central Time. DWD can make changes or modifications to this arrangement with a reasonable advance notice. Hardware/Software Environment VB.NET C# Object Oriented Design MVC/MVVM Visual Studio .NET MS Team Foundation Server/AzureDevOps Oracle/SQL/Oracle PL-SQL Additional Comments Must have: .Net, C#, relational database experience, previous work in government, insurance, accounting or case management.
