Role Description:

Acknowledge and resolve user and alert incidents through ServiceNow.

Triage and troubleshoot user queries, addressing concerns related to the Snowflake platform and query/job issues.

Manage and participate in Major Incident bridge calls based on urgency and priority standards.

Create, track, update, and close Snowflake vendor-related issues.

Handle catalog requests for creating/modifying database objects, Service Accounts, Roles, Data restores, etc., following naming standards.

Manage the Snowflake front door requests queue, distributing incoming requests to team members.

Competencies:

Digital: Python

Digital: Snowflake

Experience:

4-6 years

Essential Skills:

Minimum of 5 years of IT experience

Minimum of 2 years of Snowflake Admin experience

Python scripting experience

Good understanding of ServiceNow Incident, Change, and Request management

Desirable Skills:
