Qualifications: Cisco UCCE, Cisco IP Telephony, Cisco VOIP Voice Shift: Day Roles & Responsibilities - Bachelors degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc. - 5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony. - 5+ years' experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM). - 5+ years' experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC). - 3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber. - 3+ years' experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE. - 3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC. - Experience with Calabrio Call recording. - Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
