| From: Sam, Vyze Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title - Duck Creek Insurance Claim SpecialistLocation : Appleton, WI (Onsite ) MOI SkypeVisa NO CPT OPT Duration Long term (Over 12 months) Job summary Job Responsibilities/KRAs: Lead team for DuckCreek Claims maintenance support Responsible for Customization, Configuration, upgrade, testing and deployment of Duck Creek Claims components and interfaces associated with Defects and enhancements. Debug, Analyse root cause and resolve issues Collaborate with different groups Business, IT, QA, DevOps, Architects, VM Offshore team to discuss and resolve issues effectively Mentor VM team on DuckCreek Claims features, best practices, and productivity improvements Lead daily scrum and sprint planning when needed Report daily/weekly status to project manager and client (if needed) To provide an accurate level of efforts and estimates for development tasks Must Have: Strong understanding of P&C (Property and Casualty) industry and solutions with 7+ years experience in DuckCreek Claims (version 12 preferred) Experience in application maintenance support engagements (Commercial and Specialty insurance preferred) Technical knowledge of DuckCreek Claims and detailed understanding on Duck creek Architecture, Data Model, UI design, processes, and events. Knowledge of DuckCreek product including architecture, data model, components, modules, and extensions. Experience in configuring DuckCreek Claims product. Experience in Agile methodology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Have previous technical experience in requirement analysis, detailed designs and implementation activities required to ensure the development, integration, and long-term maintenance of applications. Identifies, communicates, and provides solution to any cross-area or cross-release issues that may affect other dependent applications. Good understanding DCOD Environment Good to Have: Experience in NET 4.5 and above, SQL Server/Oracle DB, Angular, XML, REST API Experience in integrating DuckCreek Claims product with in-house systems and third-party systems.
