The position will be responsiblefor supporting and administering the SAP SuccessFactors applicationsuiteacting as the application lead will: support the various HR BusinessPartners in developing and executing HR processes in the application andconfigure and manage the SuccessFactors system. Responsibilities: Bi-weekly data loads from SuccessFactorsto the payroll system to assist with payroll processing cycle Work with our third party vendor tosupport configuration changes and systems testing in SuccessFactors Updates to SuccessFactors to flow toEmployee Center and SAP (example: New hire, terms, and workflow changes) Manage replication Errors inSuccessFactors Assist in various projects Developing and implementing newprocesses within the systems Analyze SuccessFactors performancemetrics and resolving application issues Serve as a system administrator Develop formal business specificationswhen projects require cross functional resources; which may include internaland external IT, 3rd party vendors and other resources within and outside ofthe HR related functions. Would include development plans;document system changes; work with business process owner(s) to confirm thatchanges meet expectations; execute test plans and secure proper sign off onsystem changes. For all system changes, interfaces andprocess changes; design, document and coordinate complete testing plans toidentify areas needing further attention and ensure full data and expectedresult validation is obtained. Develop and perform appropriate businessuser training, workshops and documentation. Provide end support when needed Requirements: 5-8 years of previous HRIS or functionalbusiness analyst experience 3-5 years of SuccessFactorsexperience Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel 3 years as an HRIS analyst Ability to collaborate, providetechnical support, and train staff Experience in documenting processes, aswell as performing diagnostic tests and audits Very detailed oriented and highorganizational skills Collaborative and good communicationskills Ability to configure minor changes inSuccessFactors system Highly analytical with strong ability totroubleshoot and create effective resolution |
