Strong technical experience in the areas of master data management, meta data management, data quality, and data governance Excellent experience in master data management/government architecture and strategy design. Leadership and team management experience with the ability to provide strategic planning and oversight. Knowledge of the SaaS implementation lifecycle, including details of requirements, process validation, design, CRP, configuration, build, and test phases. Ability to interact with and manage the expectations of the clients senior management, members of the project team, and client team members. In-depth understanding of customer/supplier/Item master in ERP systems. Experience with Syndigo MDM and data governance tools is an added advantage. Efficient communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Coach, mentor, and develop middle- and junior-level staff. Performance management of all the team members rolling up to the role Develop the manager layers to be leaders of the future. Be known as a thought leader in a specific aspect of the information management technology spectrum or pharma domain.
