Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting languages. Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP web services. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. ServiceNow technology & platform experience: Service Portal custom app development any of SN modules (ie ITSM Integrated Risk Mgmt/GRC Service Catalog CMDB Discovery IT Asset Mgmt etc Design and develop custom solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
