Complete Description *local Richmond, VA candidates only due to onsite requirement *Candidate must be able to work onsite 2-3 days/week or as needed *Initial interview is webcam and may request In-Person Interview if needed VDOT ITD is looking for an Lead Net developer who will be responsible for leading .NET teams and analyzing complex software requirements to design and develop high quality products. This role is expected to take a lead role within the team, ensuring that programming best practices are being followed, prioritizing work effectively, addressing sprint team and production issues in a timely manner, and design solutions.
