Agiloft Administrator Responsibilities

User Management Includes User Roles and Permission Management, User Training and Adoption. 
Troubleshooting user issues -Troubleshooting user issues and triaging any tickets created for Agiloft Support. 
Testing post patch/upgrade deployment Testing key business use-cases post patch/upgrade deployment. 
Contract Template Management Revising current document templates and implementing new contract templates required by the business. 
Clause Library Management (If Applicable) Managing the clause records that are used in different contract templates and who may be authorized to select them/use them. 
Reporting Revising current reports/dashboards and implementing new reports/dashboards required by the business. 
Changes to Agiloft Solution Making low and medium complexity changes to the Agiloft solution such as adding/modifying fields/permissions/workflows etc. 
Support integrations - Understanding and supporting all integrations with other tools/systems used by the customer including Email, CRM, Scheduled file/data exchanges, and any real time or near real time integrations configured. 

Agiloft Administrator Qualifications
Agiloft Skills This can be easily acquired by passing the online Agiloft Admin training (with a minimum 80% grade) and participation in training sessions during the project. As Agiloft is a no-code platform, coding/programming skills ARE NOT a pre-requisite to be an Agiloft Admin. 
Business Analysis Skills A core responsibility of the Agiloft Admin is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the client business operations. A major part of this requires problem solving and troubleshooting skills to identify business process gaps and select/implement the most optimal solution. 
Training and Documentation skills Strong training skills are required to on-board new members to the client team. In addition, strong documentation skills help create transparency and alignment for your Agiloft.
