This role is integral to the development and execution of advanced AI and ML solutions, significantly contributing to our technological growth. You will be instrumental in integrating AI/ML technologies within our systems and shaping our business strategies. Job Description: Responsibilities: Design and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML models to improve business functions. Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs and pinpoint AI/ML application opportunities. Stay updated with AI/ML advancements and industry trends. Architect and develop scalable and efficient AI/ML systems. Offer technical leadership and mentor junior team members. Research and enforce best AI/ML practices to enhance system performance. Uphold data governance and security protocols. Document and present AI/ML strategies and findings to stakeholders. Continuously enhance existing AI/ML solutions for better efficacy. Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture, with a proven track record in deploying AI/ML projects. Expert knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling. Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or similar languages. Experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence, for project management and documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or architecture, with a proven track record in deploying AI/ML projects.
