Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM and talent acquisition functionalities. Extensive knowledge of APIs, including securing, managing, and troubleshooting them. Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker. Familiarity with JSON/XML, HTTP/S, and related web technologies. Strong understanding of data privacy laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with middleware or third-party integration platforms is a plus.
