Good in Core Java, TestNG, Rest Assured, Selenium Should be willing to do both Functional and Automation testing Experience in writing JUnit test cases , Mock BDDs Good knowledge of BDD cucumber, API, Microservices and Postman testing Able to design and Develop Test Automation frameworks Good to have: Experience in Tool chain integration (Git to Concourse/ Jenkins) JOB SUMMARY Test Specialist will perform the role of a technical lead in the project. Key objectives will focus on quality, effort variance and schedule adherence. Reviewing the deliverable of test engineers will be one key responsibility that the role will have. The role requires working under limited supervision to reliability, usability, and performance of the system. Along with these responsibilities, a test specialist will need to document functional tests, perform complex testing assignments, and investigate operational problems with other technical team members. Job Responsibilities # Tracking the progress of the activities every day. # Drive requirement clarifications with the team and customer # Design, author and review test cases and test data preparation # Test execution: o Identify the test cases be executed for the cycle. o Identify regression suite and test cases for automation. o Test execution and reporting # Drive induction and mentoring of new team members and update training plans on a quarterly basis. # Come up with test estimates for the project. # Review the test deliverable- test scenarios, test cases, traceability, and automation scripts.
