Duration: 12 months Positions Contributions to Work Group: Serves organization functioning as order fulfillment specialist, placing machine and/or engine product orders in business order uptake system, SAP. Submits invoicing, subcontractor agreements to dealers, supports sales organization through sales execution activities. Typical task breakdown: Placing machine or engine orders on factories, managing order portfolios for several contract programs. Interaction with team: - Daily interaction with sales, accounting, marketing, logistics, engineering, procurement, and leadership. Work environment: Office environment with virtual meeting platforms. Education & Experience Required: High School, GED, college degree (bachelor or associates) Technical Skills- Excellent writing, speaking and listening skills, computer workstation and software proficiency. Desired: Knowledge of government invoicing, logistics systems and FARs/DFARSs, SAP, Onesource, Blue Yonder system familiarity favorable. Soft Skills- Customer focused, functions well in a fast-paced team environment, knowledgeable of construction, building, power systems, engines a plus.
