Work with IT teams and businesses to understand the business requirements to write regression test cases. Guide other team members on application workflow and defects issues. Work directly with customers and the team, engaging in incident troubleshooting, testing, and reproducing defects. Leverage expertise and relentless attention to detail to spot omissions, contradictions, and implications in our written specifications and discover unexpected behavior in our software systems. Verify the quality of all QA Automation deliverables and service levels, ensuring that the performance and quality of end products conform to the established organizational standards and guidelines while meeting business requirements. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) Minimum 4+ years of experience in testing RESTFul services using Postman or Groovy scripts. Minimum 3+ years of experience with Agile tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, etc. Minimum 3+ years of experience with CICD tools like ADO, Jenkins, etc. Minimum 3+ years of development experience using Java, Python, Selenium programming language, and Cucumber-based BDD framework. Travel: Not applicable. Fully Remote.
