Lead test automation efforts for assigned project / release. Partner with outsourced development team to ensure their deliverables are meeting Inspire Medicals expectations. Organize and author formal verification documentation for assigned project / release. Analyze testing data, such as test prep metrics, test execution metrics, and defect management and take actions accordingly. Follow established standard operating procedures. Inspire was looking at their product roadmap and test cycles, looks like they'll need to bring on a couple of really solid test leads. If they have done test plans/test reports in a med device/FDA environment that's perfect!
