The right individual will be hands-on in driving project management activities while factoring in parallel workstreams. Major Duties/Responsibilities: Project Management 40% Responsible for managing and driving large complex programs & projects throughout the full project life cycle - from ideation, planning, resourcing, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Manage PMO activities in support of the overall program which primarily include: Project Schedule Management Project Integration, Inter and Intra Dependency Management Risk, Issue and Action/Decision Management (RAID) Scope & Project Change Management Communications & Status Compliance and SDLC Leadership, Communication, and Relationship Building 30% Lead meetings with business, technical, and global representatives regarding the project activities, timeline, and issues. Articulate project status, key issues, and dependencies to all levels of management. Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members Have a strong sense of urgency to resolve open issues and communicate with all concerned parties. Record meeting minutes and action items. Distribute meeting notes promptly. Project Quality 30% Ensure data in Planview is updated and reflects the latest status of the project. Maintain data health through timely review of data health reports. Ensure interdependencies are built and reflected accurately on interdependency reports. Maintain project documentation in Teams/SharePoint and update regularly Qualifications: Education: A minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent is required. Post-graduate degree preferred. Professional project management certification (PMP) and/or diploma is preferred. Experience: Detailed knowledge of project planning, tracking, resource management, project planning, scheduling tools, and cross-project analyses is required Demonstrated experience delivering on projects of various sizes & durations. Adaptable to changing needs within the organization - adapts to rapidly changing priorities. Strong technical aptitude - experience with finance or SAP implementations Planview experience is highly preferred Industry experience is required 3-5 years of Project Management of enterprise-wide implementations Finance experience is preferred Technical acumen is preferred Experience managing multiple projects Qualifications: Education: A minimum of a bachelors degree or equivalent is required.
