Job Description: Client seeking a BMC Software Helix / Remedy Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ITSM, Digital Workplace, Business Workflows, and Innovation Studio. Must Have: 3+ years of experience in BMC Helix/Remedy development. Experience in BMC Digital Workplace and Business Workflows. Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM architecture and data model. Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM workflows and forms. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain BMC Remedy workflows and forms. Develop and maintain BMC Helix/Remedy reports and dashboards. Develop and maintain BMC Business Workflow. Provide technical support for BMC Remedy ITSM applications.
