You will support the SIOP leaders of several business divisions to execute the vision and goals for implementing the Kinaxis Rapid Response systems. Navigate process and people through the change management to achieve the successful implementation of the system and ensure successful deployment of the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM). MUST HAVE: Min 5 years of experience in Supply Planning and Production planning including knowledge of MRP, DRP, Capacity Planning, MPS, SIOP Kinaxis Rapid Response and/or SAP knowledge and use Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal & written communication skills Working knowledge of project management tools and templates Six Sigma Belt WE VALUE: Bachelors Degree in related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent Masters degree in a related operations management or supply chain management or equivalent Six Sigma Lean Expert PMP, APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPF certification preferred Proficient in Microsoft applications. Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate. Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers. JD: You will flourish in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where success is rewarded. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Candidate must also be able to lead cross-functional teams and projects through implementation and sustainability of the systems. Candidate must be able to operate in a highly matrix organization environment. You will provide coaching, guidance, and indirect leadership to the planning community within PMT to increase their skills and capability in readiness for this transformation initiative. The successful candidate must be capable of performing project management tasks for a large-scale initiative involving the coordination & facilitation of cross-functional meetings and training. Utilizing and deploying Lean Six Sigma techniques, leading continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Initiatives). Job Responsibilities: Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for the Kinaxis Rapid Response project Scope and proposal development, in Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) format Define the appropriate project scope, schedule, budget and all four stages of the project management including Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closure. Communicate with stakeholders on all sides about projects progress and address any concerns that they may have Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and execute project plans Plan and facilitate change management within the organization implementing the Rapid Response system Identify, manage, and mitigate any potential risks that could impact the project.
