We take pride in delivering specialized talent, superior performance, and seamless execution to meet the challenging business needs of customers worldwide Position: Guidewire Business Analyst Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite from day 01) Duration: Longterm Contract 10 Years of experience Policy Center or Claim center experience with exposure to Commercial Property & Casualty lines of business to work on a long-term project Experience with one or more Guidewire platforms is an advantage (Policy Center) (Claim center) Document business process, system and data flows, analyze processes and recommend improvements. Lead requirements discussions to document, analyze and translate functional and non-functional requirements into user stories, diagrams, and other deliverables as needed. Experience with Commercial Property & Casualty lines of business Experience working with Agile/SCRUM, writing user stories and following the development process through user story acceptance. Meet and work with product owners, scrum teams, project business sponsors, end-users and others as necessary to perform requirements elicitation and other assignments. Assist Product Owner with Backlog grooming, User Story development and prioritization. Work closely with the development and QA teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field required.
