Job Title: Lead Mulesoft Developer Location: Akron, OH- Hybrid (Local or nearby only) Duration: 12+ Months Visa: No H1B & Opt, Cpt Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced MuleSoft Development Lead to join our team. As a MuleSoft Development Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing , and managing our MuleSoft integration solions. You will collaborate and work with a team of developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of high quality integration projects. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft integration solutions on Any point Cloud Hub Platform based on project requirements. Lead a team of MuleSoft developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support. Work closely with project managers to define project scope, timelines , and deliverables. Collaborate with cross functional teams including architects, analysts and quality assurance and create Integration Design Documents (IDDs) required for design and development. Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution phases to ensure timely delivery of high-quality integrations . Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with project managers and other team leads to ensure project success. Create and maintain technical documentation for MuleSoft integration solutions Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Qualifica5ons: Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in MuleSoft development in Cloud Hub with a focus on integration patterns Previous experience in a lead developer role. Strong understanding of integration platforms Any point Platform modules, API design, JMS MQ, AWS MQ connectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are a plus.
