This individual will be primarily responsible for integrating our PeopleSoft Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with Indeed.com, streamlining the job advertisement and applicant tracking processes. Applicants for this role must possess strong technical skills in the areas of PeopleSoft ATS, web services, and data transformation, as well as an understanding of API integration best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement APIs to connect PeopleSoft ATS to the Indeed platform. Configure and manage integration flows, mapping PeopleSoft data to Indeed's requirements. Work with the HR team to automate job postings and manage incoming applicant data. Oversee and ensure compliance with data security standards and proper use of API keys. Collaborate with Indeed's technical support to manage integration updates and resolve any issues. Develop and maintain documentation detailing the integration processes and procedures. Train HR staff on the new system functionalities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field- Preferred. Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM and talent acquisition functionalities. Extensive knowledge of APIs, including securing, managing, and troubleshooting them. Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker. Familiarity with JSON/XML, HTTP/S, and related web technologies. Strong understanding of data privacy laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with middleware or third-party integration platforms is a plus.
