Matrix and Grids based on the business needs, set up merit BPs with shared participation grid, Rollout compensation plans, update employee compensation data through EIB loads based on organizations. Advised to client on Workday capabilities & best solutions, enhancement, new features/Version release, configured new vendors for Benefits & Payroll in Workday, Configuration of Single Sign on (SSO). Requirement gathering, analyzed, designed, tested and development of Workday Solutions, Unit test, UAT, End to End testing, creating Test Cases & Test Scenarios, Testing process and documentation.
