We have Job opening on Workday Techno Functional Role: Workday Techno Functional Duration: Fulltime(Hybrid), Location: MD, Washington D.C and Reston, VA. Job Description: Job Responsibilities: 10-12 years of IT experience. Minimum 3-4 years experience with Workday. Must have Workday Technical or Techno-Functional experience. Minimum 7-10 years of experience working with HRMS systems e.g., Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft etc. Needs knowledge in Reports, Calculated Fields, Performance tuning and Security. Should have worked in Workday Studio and it will be better if resource is certified. EIB, Core Connector, PICOF and PECI Integration knowledge is very important as all new requests are handled through this type of integrations. XML and XSLT knowledge is must. General knowledge and design of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas Good understanding of Workday security Sound experience in SOAP/REST Oracle Cloud APIs to Import and Export Master/Transactional data. Workday integration related certification is preferred. Work independently or with Integration Lead/Tech Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in integrations delivery. Gather requirements and prototype the integrations. Maintain continuously and support current integrations by resolving defects (if any), enhance and apply required updates, as necessary. Perform design, development, testing and deployment of integrations.
