The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. Will need someone with hands on experience on testIM, worked on project with business to customer facing roles, experience in leading an automation team/hands-on. Technical Skills: Hands on experience test automation tools (preferably TestIM) Experience with API automated testing using Rest Assured or any API test automation framework Should be able to define Framework and reusable components Preparation of Automation Test Strategy/Test Plan Hands-on with Test Mgmt. tools (JIRA, ALM) Strong experience in analyzing test automation failures and applying smart failure analysis technique for resolution Process Skills: Own and coordinate testing of the entire system on behalf of the client. Very strong in Quality engineering, QA process and concepts Run multiple meetings like defect triage, etc. involving multiple teams/vendors Follow up on action items without reminders to ensure milestones are met Behavioral Skills : Inter-group coordination within the various modules of applications/project. Capable of team co-ordination/communications for the offshore team Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge managementactivity |
