Develop and maintain Kubernetes configurations for middleware components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with development teams to integrate middleware solutions seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware systems for performance, reliability, and security. Automate routine tasks and processes related to middleware deployment, configuration, and management. Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and security compliance efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Docker, Kubernetes, and middleware technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Middleware Engineer, or similar role. Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, with hands-on experience deploying and managing containerized applications in production environments. Strong understanding of middleware technologies such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, etc. Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI. Solid understanding of Linux system administration and networking concepts. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Nice to have: Certification in Docker and Kubernetes (e.g., Docker Certified Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
