Title: Product Manager Location: Prefer Only East coast (REMOTE) Duration: Long Term No H1b Must: Strong Product Manager (this has the highest weight) Some sort of previous HR domain experience (to understand what our stakeholders are talking about) Strong customer relations/customer centric Can look at complexities and manage a lot of change in requirements, ambiguity Bonus Local: Workday or other HR Platform Interview process: could be 5 rounds. Projects: Workforce data optimization initiative/job architecture Workday HCM is a cloud-based human resource management system that unifies human resources, benefits, talent management, payroll, time & attendance, and recruitment. About 5 years ago, FINRA migrated to Workday from their highly-customized PeopleSoft HR system. There is a need to refine the initial implementation to improve the user experience and to take advantage of new features to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization. We need a strong product owner to effectively communicate with both our business partners and the engineering teams and deliver predictable value. Accountabilities: Gain deep understanding of the business context and users needs, with strong discovery, research and analytics sills and partner with engineering team in delivering value. Drive successful collaboration across business users, product, engineering teams, and other internal teams. Champion for change, apply product-led and user-centric best practices. Lead and facilitate development process by building the tech user stories, defining clear acceptance criteria, review and validate developed features. Work with engineers and users to identify, classify and resolve feature-level user issues. Ensure success product launch and user adoption, with documentation and training materials for users in support of product launches.
