| Need State Client Experience Job Title: Enterprise Architect Brief Description: Provide Architecture services to the Customer Compliance Portfolio Project Duration: 2 years from the start date Location: WA onsite Summary of Information STATEMENT OF WORK The Washington State Employment Security Department (ESD) must remediate and automate several existing software systems and numerous manual or Excel-based processes in order to maintain and modernize the collections, audit, and fraud areas of the business. Provide Architecture services to the Customer Compliance Portfolio. Solutions Design: Develop high level and detailed technical designs and architectural diagrams that outline the structure and components of the solution. Choose appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools for the project. Ensure that the design adheres to best practices and industry standards. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate technical concepts and progress to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner. Address questions and concerns related to the technical aspects of the project. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development team. Mentor and coach team members, helping them understand and implement the architectural vision. Systems Integration: Design and oversee the integration of various system components, including third party services. Security and Compliance: Define and implement security measures and compliance standards to protect data and ensure regulatory compliance. Stay updated in security threats and best practices. Data Architecture: Design the data architecture including the database schemas, data models and storage solutions. Define data access and retrieval mechanisms. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including architectural documents, design patterns and coding standards. Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with QA team to define testing strategies and ensure the quality of the solution. Devops: Work to define deployment pipelines and deployment strategies.
