Helping gather requirements, capture and synthesis the data, helping devise some strategy. Large migration of application from legacy into new okta platform. 5300 integrations we have to migrate. Capture the data, understand priorities, what we have at any given point and map applications and figure who can be migrated when. Migration effort is 3.5 years. As getting through transformation, every 6 months are very different . Reqs changing, how to unlock which applications can integrate. Serve as a critical advisor. We are still going through product evals, gathering bus reqs and align to business needs, provide recommendations for products. -hybrid is what's needed. Shying away from remote work. 3 days in the office. -elaborate on CI/CD - how important Very low. Top 3 priorities: Exp with authentication (SSO, identity provider solutions, MFA) Authorization - we are going through heavy transformation, aligning PO to. Rewrite of core authorization solution into AWS. Trying to go into a singular solution .this primary system is 2 decades old. Bad data, this is a big ticket item . Identity lifecycle management. Effort in mastering identities, large discovery effort going with every user population. How are we going to automate the onboarding and those who depart the company. If someone has this, that's a huge plus. -anything outside of those 3 isn't a core focus. I have ions, so if strong in 1 area not others, can shuffle things. Don't necessarily need all 3 as a priority. Will likely open 3 more roles in the future -diversity in experience/roles is a good thing , someone who can adapt to different roles like Project/program/tech background, etc. Not a downside to have these various roles. Orlando #1 , burbank #2, seattle#3 is preference order. -for authentication , prefer okta but open for the other tools. -working with a large company a priority Not necessarily -preliminary screening questions If they just have IAM called out on something they've done, but not deep rooted within the resume, don't send them. Initial screening, hear how they talk , how they communicate, how they approach things . If in the field learn new and adapt, need to be able to communicate. Articulate their background well. -interview -tech, soft skill, behavioral, etc. COMMITMENT LEVEL: Do have competition, intake with other suppliers included on 2/1 10:30 need to submit candidates before then ideally Regards Upen Saxena Head of Recruitment SUS InfoTech Inc. 265 Winn Street, Suite 304, Burlington, MA 01803 Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment materials management golang purchase order California Florida Massachusetts Washington http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1089978&uid= |
